division	string	Operational division within the department.
program	string	Specific program or service area within the division.
budget_category	string	Expenditure type: Personnel, Operations, Equipment, Contracts, Fuel, Materials, or Grants.
approved_budget_usd	integer	Total approved budget in U.S. dollars for fiscal year 2025.
spent_to_date_usd	integer	Total expenditures to date in U.S. dollars.
remaining_usd	integer	Remaining unspent budget in U.S. dollars.
fte_count	integer	Number of full-time equivalent employees funded by this budget line.
fiscal_year	integer	The fiscal year for this budget record (2025).
